Pink Push Cap Paediatric Blood Collection Tube (0.5ml Di Potassium EDTA) – PBT062 (Pack 1000)

Blood collection tube filled with 0.5ml di potassium EDTA, intended for blood samples. Di potassium EDTA anticoagulant are commonly used in haematology procedures, it is the preferred anticoagulant in the collection of specimens for blood cell sizing and counting. EDTA can function by preserving the cell components and the morphology of blood cells. Application areas are molecular genetics and haematology tests.

The pink push cap tube will allow 0.5ml volume of blood to be collected. This tube is moulded in crystal clear polystyrene. The tube is CE marked in accordance with (EU) 2017/746 2017 and is tested to ISO 6710:2017, it is a single-use container for human venous blood specimen collection. It is specifically designed for paediatric use and colour coded for standard compliance and ease of recognition.
